There are a number of horse riding schools, in Marsa, at Golden Bay in the
North west of the island and in St Andrews. One can also attend the National
Racecourse in Marsa, which is a popular Sunday afternoon pasttime in Malta. Horseraces
are held all Sunday afternoons from the end of October until mid-May. These are
trotting races but there is one flat track meet per season. |
